Past Accomplishments
Registered over 50 apprentices (including first in the state and nation types)
Provided career coaching and/or navigation to over 250 Arkansans
Helped at least 25 in gaining full time positions
Helped employers receive over $350,000 in training reimbursement and candidates receive over $50,000 in participant support funds
Stakeholder engagement with hundreds of employers and workforce-focused organizations:
Received over 200 responses to a variety of surveys
Provided 15 interviews for formal inclusion in publicized reports, studies, and events
Engaged new audiences at an average of 15-30 public speaking engagements each year.
Hosted annual conference with combined over 150 attendees to workforce sessions.
Hosted 2 Industry Expos with combined attendance of over 600 student, job-seeker, and industry attendees.
Provided consulting and support to:
Over 50 employer and institution training programs.
State and local governments regarding licensure, certifications, and funding.
22 Federal non-profits regarding national education and policy standards.
Received over $5MM in funding to serve as Industry Intermediary and provide funding to two communities for development of industry workforce pipeline
